About the programme

The Transformational Schools Leadership Programme offers senior leaders and educationalists a structured platform to develop joint approaches to common leadership challenges across schools. It is designed to foster cross-border collaboration and professional growth.

How it works

The programme supports cross-border engagement by providing tailored professional learning opportunities for school leaders and educators.

Over the four-year span of SEPI, the Transformational Schools Leadership Programme will engage with 800 educators, building a strong, cross-border network of leadership peers committed to shared learning and inclusive practice.

Each year we will hold the Transformational Schools Leadership Exchange Conference, where school leaders come together to explore shared challenges and opportunities in education. Themes are shaped through consultation with educators and reflect current leadership priorities.

Following the conference, webinars and follow-up sessions are delivered to explore key themes in greater depth, responding directly to feedback and insights gathered from participants.

In its inaugural year, the 2024/25 conference adopted the theme:

“Changing Classrooms: Diversity, Inclusion and Technology in Education.”

The event featured expert speakers and interactive workshops focused on how schools can better support learners in evolving classroom environments.
