About the programme

YouthImPact exists to ensure PEACEPLUS-funded youth projects deliver the highest possible quality, impact, and cross-border collaboration, giving young people meaningful opportunities for growth while strengthening long-term cross community and border relationships.

How it works

The YouthImPact team works directly with PEACEPLUS Youth Programme projects through voluntary, collaborative engagement.

The team will meet each project where it is, build strong working relationships, and support project staff as partners in a shared learning process.

Their work includes delivering training in good relations, personal development, citizenship, employability, group work and youth work; creating progression pathways for young people; and facilitating cross-border and cross community thematic cluster groups.
